Join us at our show home to have a guided tour, and talk about your plans and ideas for your project. We’ll discuss your budget, your land, and explain a bit more about our process.

If you’re still on the hunt for the perfect section, we’ll help you find some land, and you’ll sign a special Sale & Purchase agreement. If you already have your land, you’ll move straight to step 3.

We’ll match you with an award-winning architect, and meet at their office to discuss your design brief. You’ll sign for, and pay a concept design fee* so they can get started on your plans.

At this point, you’ll have a home design, a fixed price Master Builders contract, and a specification, outlining everything included in your new home. Once you sign the contract and pay the deposit, we’ll finalise the plans for council and start your build!
Alternatively, if you already have some land, and architectural plans you’re happy with, we can provide a compeditive build quote.
*Because of our on-going relationship with our architectural partners, you'll benefit from special rates. The exact design fee will vary depending on the level of service required, and which architect you choose.
